Lon brings more than two decades of healthcare administration experience to her role as Practice Director at Blackhawk Plastic Surgery & MedSpa. With a thoughtful balance of business expertise and compassion, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming, patient-centered environment where every patient feels heard, supported, and cared for. Her warmth and genuine concern for both patients and staff are at the heart of her leadership.

Lon earned her undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara and her MBA from Sonoma State University, strengthening her expertise in business strategy and leadership.

Outside of work, Lon enjoys running, practicing yoga, and any activity that feels like a moving meditation. She also loves taking fun adventures and traveling with her husband and son, most recently exploring Japan together.
