Cancellation Policy
Aesthetician Appointment Cancellation, No Show & Late Policy
We ask that you make appointment changes at least 24-hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged a $50 cancellation fee.
As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for patients. Please be courteous and contact our office promptly, if you are unable to attend an appointment. Appointment NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A $50 CANCELLATION FEE.
Barring any unusual circumstances, if a patient fails to contact us in the required time to reschedule or cancel an appointment, the practice reserves the right to charge a cancellation/no show fee of $50. Repeated missed appointments and non-compliance may result in discharging you from the practice.
