Dear Dr. Ronan:
I wanted to take a
moment to express my thoughts and feelings
regarding you as a physician, as well
as the recent procedures you performed
on me. Let me begin by telling you that
each day since January 28th of this year
has brought continued positive body changes
and as a result, I am discovering a ”new
me”.
There are simply not
enough "high praises" I could
sing, nor adequate words I could express
to let you and others know how extremely
happy I have been with the results. I
knew prior to the abdominoplasty that
I had excess skin that was physically
and emotionally difficult to deal with
and I had faith that through your expertise,
the procedure would be successful and
I would begin to feel better about myself
again.
What I did not know
however, is how much of a difference it
would make. In addition to losing the
stomach "flap", I lost 36 pounds
and accordingly to family and friends,
I look 10 years younger. The liposuction
on my chin /neck and in my thigh area
was an added benefit and I can assure
you that the results (especially on my
neck) are phenomenal.
You gave me much more
than a "better look." Your skills
have helped me to want to look in the
mirror, after many years of avoiding it.
The surgery has catapulted me into taking
better care of myself and continuing daily
to improve my lifestyle. You have enhanced
my self esteem and truly made me smile
inside.
I went to two other
Plastic Surgeons for consults prior to
discovering you. While both seemed knowledgeable
and capable of performing the procedures,
I knew from the moment I met you that
it would be you who I chose to perform
this life-changing surgery. Your sincerity,
honesty, and friendly disposition were
evident from the very start. And coupled
with your obvious surgical expertise and
your ability to patiently explain all
aspects of the surgery and benefits/risks
in understandable terms, then I knew you
were the doctor I would trust to take
care of me.
Your surgical skill
is incomparable. I recently had my annual
gynecological visit and the doctor was
extremely impressed with the surgery scar.
I proudly told her that it is Dr. Ronan's
handiwork! She had already heard other
positive things about you and I urged
her to recommend you if she has patients
considering any form of reconstructive
or plastic surgery.
Beyond your professional
skill, I have to tell you that in all
of my years of going to doctors (from
childhood through adulthood), I have never
had a doctor make me feel as special as
you do. I mean that sincerely. I was pleasantly
surprised to receive your calls on the
weekends to make sure I was doing well.
Your constant care and concern is amazing,
and it certainly sets you apart from all
other physicians.
Your staff is incredible
... so patient, so caring, and so thoughtful.
What a great team all of you make! Each
office visit was something to enjoy. I
will indeed have other procedures done
in the future as age creeps in and I will
be right at your doorstep for them!
