Like so many that consider cosmetic surgery, I knew what I wanted as an outcome. However, I had no idea of the road that I would have to travel to reach that destination. I would consider myself fortunate to have found you.
From the initial call, your receptionist was both professional and warm. When I told her what I wanted, she laughed with me and I felt comfortable. It only got better as I was transferred to your patient coordinator, who listened and answered all my questions. What gems they are and they represent you very well. They were always so gracious when I called and needed assistance. Their honesty and candor served me well. Their willingness to share their own experiences was so appreciated. I knew what to except and there were no surprises. Thank you.
I also want to thank you for your easy way of interacting with me. Thank you Dr. Ronan. I am so pleased with the results of my procedure. I feel good. PERIOD.
