Labiaplasty in Danville

Conveniently located to serve Danville, San Ramon, Dublin, Walnut Creek, and the entire San Francisco Bay Area.
The labiaplasty procedure (labia reduction) has become much more common recently. This procedure is for women that have problems with large or asymmetric labia. During the procedure, the large labia are reduced until a more normal and aesthetic appearance is achieved. There is often a functional complaint in addition to the aesthetic complaint. Patients often complain that large labia get caught in jeans, stick out of panties or swimsuits, etc. The large labia may cause pain during intercourse.
Newer techniques allow the procedure to be done with minimal scarring, a short recovery time and predictable results. The sutures placed dissolve and do not need to be removed after the procedure. Most patients feel that the recovery is not associated with significant pain. It is possible to combine a labiaplasty with a tightening procedure or other types of procedures (breast augmentation, etc.).
